Rather, we are focusing on the discrepancies between the creators attempts at making his work look as legitimate as possible.
At the bottom of the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE is where the eyebrow-raisers start to surface. The creator of “Video DownloadHelper” obviously cares enough to make his work look as legitimate as possible, however did not care enough to review the licensing documentation which he was including with his work.
